During your follow-up visit, we may:

Evaluate medication effectiveness and tolerability
Adjust medication dosing when appropriate
Review nutrition, protein intake, hydration, and activity
Address questions or concerns
Refill medications when appropriate
Regular follow-up visits help ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.
