Our Approach
New Patients
Existing Patients
Start with a medical evaluation to determine whether hormone treatment may be appropriate.
Current OVH patients can submit follow-up information or request evaluation for continuation of treatment.
Important Information About Testosterone
Testosterone is a controlled substance. OVH currently prescribes testosterone only to eligible patients receiving care in Oklahoma. Patients outside Oklahoma may still be evaluated for appropriate non-controlled hormone treatment options.
Testosterone therapy is not guaranteed. Prescribing decisions are made independently by the treating provider based on the patient's medical history, symptoms, laboratory findings, examination requirements, applicable law, and clinical appropriateness.
Hormone Therapy
Individualized evaluation and treatment for men and women with hormone-related symptoms and conditions.

Important Information
Completing an intake, laboratory testing, or consultation does not guarantee hormone therapy or a prescription. Treatment is prescribed only when clinically appropriate following evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
How it works
1. Complete Your Intake Forms
First, you’ll complete your intake form and sign the required consent forms.
2. Complete Lab Testing
Next, we’ll send your lab order. Labs may be completed through Quest if using insurance, Ultra Labs if paying cash, or another lab of your choice.
3. Schedule Your Appointment
Once we receive your lab results, we’ll send you an invitation to book your appointment.
4. Review Results & Treatment Options
During your appointment, we’ll review your symptoms, medical history, and laboratory results and determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If treatment is recommended, we’ll discuss available options, expected costs, potential benefits and risks, and pharmacy options when applicable.
5. Follow-Up & Monitoring
If treatment is started, ongoing follow-up and laboratory monitoring may be required. The type and frequency of monitoring will depend on your treatment, clinical response, medical history, and applicable prescribing requirements.
Testosterone treatment is currently available through OVH only to eligible patients physically located in Oklahoma and is subject to additional clinical, monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
