Our Services
Focused care in weight, hormones, sexual health, and hair loss.
Optima Vida Healthcare provides evidence-based telehealth care focused on obesity medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, sexual wellness, and hair loss. We recognize that symptoms such as weight gain, fatigue, low libido, and metabolic dysfunction are often interconnected rather than isolated problems.
Our approach focuses on identifying contributing factors such as insulin resistance, hormonal changes, body composition changes, lifestyle patterns, and chronic metabolic disease. Treatment plans may include lifestyle interventions, lab evaluation, medications when appropriate, and long-term support.
Evaluation and treatment of hormone-related conditions for eligible men and women. Care may include review of symptoms, medical history, appropriate laboratory testing, and discussion of treatment options when clinically indicated. Treatment recommendations are individualized based on clinical findings and patient needs.
Discreet, evidence-based care for sexual health evaluation and treatment of sexual health concerns in men and women.. Treatment plans may address concerns such as low libido, erectile dysfunction, performance concerns, arousal difficulties, vaginal dryness, hormonal changes, and other factors that can impact sexual wellness and connection.
Additional Services
Personalized treatment plans for hair thinning and hair loss in men and women, focused on identifying potential contributing factors such as hormones, genetics, stress, nutritional deficiencies, aging, and metabolic health. Care may include lab evaluation, topical or oral medications, lifestyle support, and long-term strategies designed to support healthier hair growth and scalp health.
Cold Sores and Genital Herpes
Herpes is a common, manageable viral condition. With appropriate treatment and education, most people experience fewer outbreaks and significantly reduce transmission risk. Long-term management allows patients to maintain healthy, normal relationships. We provide prescription treatment for HSV-1 and HSV-2 to reduce outbreak severity, shorten duration, and lower transmission risk when appropriate.
Telehealth evaluation for select minor acute health concerns when appropriate for virtual care. Treatment may include clinical guidance, prescriptions when medically appropriate, or referral for in-person or higher-level care when needed.
Acute Telehealth Care
